Accreditation process

 

The accreditation process will take place on 21st July, with opening hours to be announced soon. It will be held at the Camilo José Cela University campus in Villafranca del Castillo.

 

Participants and delegations will complete their accreditation in an organised manner, confirming their delegation details, verifying payments, and receiving their Accreditation Cards. These cards are essential for accessing competition venues, accommodation, catering areas, and other restricted zones.

 

Accreditation Card
The Accreditation Card serves as the official identification document for all participants and must be worn visibly at all times. Access to restricted areas will only be granted to those with valid cards, and improper use may lead to revocation.

 

Lost Cards
In case of loss, a replacement card can be issued at the Accreditation Centre, upon presentation of a valid ID (passport or national ID). A fee of 50 EUR will apply for reprinting.
