Transportation

During the European Universities Badminton Championship 2025, official transportation will be organized and coordinated by the Local Organizing Committee (LOC) to ensure smooth and efficient mobility for all accredited participants. All transfers will be operated by buses and minibuses, according to the official schedule. This service includes arrival and departure transfers, daily connections to the sports venue, and dedicated transport for EUSA VIPs.

All participants are strongly advised to submit their travel form before June 15, 2025, to guarantee their inclusion in the official transport plan.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

The official welcome point for international participants is Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas International Airport, located in the northeast of Madrid. It is one of the busiest airports in Europe and is approximately 30 km from the UCJC residence.

They also have the option of arriving at Madrid’s central train station, Puerta de Atocha, from where we will also provide transportation to the university.

The Organising Committee will manage transportation from these key arrival points to the designated accommodations, using buses and official event vehicles for your comfort and convenience.

For departures, we will also provide transportation options to both the airport and the train station. Additionally, daily transportation will be offered between the university residence and the competition venue, both for the outward and return journeys.
